Comments received by 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting,  will be provided to the subject legislative body (City Council, Planning Commission, etc) and read into the record at the meeting for up to three minutes or in accordance with the time period established by the Mayor/Chair.

Comments received after 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting will be provided to the subject legislative body (City Council, Planning Commission, etc.) and made a part of the meeting record.
