Cardiff Dog Days of Summer

Sunday, August 11, 2019 @ 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
The 14th Annual Cardiff Dog Days of Summer is presented by Cardiff 101 Main Street and the City of Encinitas. This free event features over 100 dog-related vendors, rescue groups, pet adoption agencies, and an agility course. Activities include dog contests, live music, beer & wine garden, food trucks, and more.

Join us at the 14th Annual Cardiff Dog Days of Summer event hosted by Cardiff 101 Main Street and The City of Encinitas on Sunday, August 11th from 10am - 5pm at the Encinitas Community Park. Tucked away in the beautiful coastal community, there will be over 100 dog-related vendors, rescue groups, pet adoption agencies and more. Dogs and puppies will have the opportunity to compete in dog contests and agility course hosted by Kamp Kanine!

This year our Beer Garden hosted by The Lost Abbey and June Shine will be conveniently located next to the food trucks. Bring your taste buds and drink for a good cause while you listen to live music and stay cool under the shade! 50% of the proceeds from the Beer Garden will go to Rancho Coastal Humane Society that rescues, shelters and adopts more than a thousand companion animals annually (how amazing is that)!

At “Rescue Row” this will be the place to adopt a forever furiend with numerous featured rescue groups presented by Rancho Coastal Humane Society. The City of Encinitas “Pet Health Expo” will be on-site providing pet services including: micro-chipping, licensing, vaccinations and more thanks to San Diego Humane Society.

Bring your reusable cups to help reduce waste and stay hydrated throughout the event thanks to MIZU hydration stations and Palomar Water.

Become a vendor, sponsor and/or volunteer at Cardiff Dog Days of Summer! Visit to be a part of the fun!
