In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”)/Section 504 Rehabilitation Act (“Section 504”), the City of Encinitas/San Dieguito Water District (“City”) will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs, or activities.

The City/District's Draft 2019 Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan Update:

The draft ADA/Section 504 Self Evaluation and Transition Plan for 2019 is available for a 30-day public review and comment from November 15, 2019 to December 15, 2019.  The Self Evaluation and Transition Plans will be presented to the City Council for Adoption on December 18, 2019.
