Expressive Arts Therapy is an engaging, evidence-based approach designed to help those who are experiencing or recovering from cancer. This creative therapy allows you to tell your story and express your emotions through hands-on art making processes in a safe, compassionate environment. You'll find new ways to access your inner guidance, strength, build resilience, and improve your overall quality of life. During our sessions, you'll explore a variety of mixed media processes to create a meaningful and symbolic visual journal of your healing journey. Join us to experience the joy and benefits of this creative and supportive practice!
A $60 material fee is due to the instructor at the first class.
