The City Manager’s Office provides strategic leadership and professional management to the City government organization and works with the City Council to develop and implement its policies to maintain and enhance the Encinitas community quality of life.

As we go about our daily work at our City Hall, fire stations, and public works/utilities facilities, we strive to mirror the coastal spirit and innovation of our residents to build a culture of service and excellence that enriches the lives of everyone in our community.
