Registration is open for all activities at City sites, including visual, performing, literary, multimedia, and specialty arts classes and workshops at the new Pacific View Arts Center.

Mandala Mindfulness Art Workshop

Instructor: Suchita Jhawar

Join us in this creative session where participants design and create mandalas - geometric patterns symbolizing unity and balance.

Included is an introduction to mandalas, guidance on materials and techniques, hands on design time, mindfulness and opportunities for sharing and reflection.

The workshop blends artistic expression with personal insight and relaxation.
