COAR Design Group facilitated a small focus group of arts community members that included a landscape architect, a member of the Commission for the Arts, and a member of Encinitas Friends of the Arts to review and recommend color palettes for the Pacific View Art Center buildings’ exterior.

Three color palette options were developed by the focus group and rendered by COAR.

A public survey to collect public input on the color palette options was available March 4-31.

Results were shared with the Commission for the Arts at their April 3 meeting.
