• Business Registration - If applicant is a business. Can apply at end of submittal process.

• County Hazardous Materials Questionnaire (Commercial & Mixed Use only)
• Form - Construction and Demolition Debris-Waste Management Plan
• Form - Stormwater Intake Form and Standard SWQMP
• Plans - Building (guidelines)
• Tech Study - Geotechnical Report (if next to slope or if the addition is over 500 sq. ft.)
• Form - Title 24 Energy Efficiency Compliance (CA State) (Energy Efficiency Document Determination guideline)
• Form - Green Building Checklist - Single Family Residential
• Form - Green Building Checklist - Multifamily
• Form - Green Building Checklist - Nonresidential
• Form - Boundary Certification (if structure is within 5' of the property line)
