It is an honor to serve alongside with the fine men and women of the City of Encinitas Fire Department and Marine Safety Division in cooperation with the Del Mar and Solana Beach Fire Departments. Together, we are committed to realizing our mission of “providing the highest level of service to our communities and the people we serve by protecting life, property, and the environment.”  

As Fire Chief, it is my goal to create an organization that prioritizes competent emergency operations, sustainable leadership, and systemic collaboration. The Fire & Marine Safety Department values the relationships that have been developed and fostered in the community and we look forward to strengthening those relationships.
