RATE INCREASE & REVENUE ADJUSTMENT EFFECTIVE 7/1/24:

A 9% adjustment to District revenues is reflected on all bills effective 7/1/2024.

The revenue adjustment does not equate to a corresponding increase to water rates and charges.

For more information on the new water rates and charges please refer to the Prop 218 Notice that was also sent to all District customers and homeowners in March 2024, in compliance with Prop 218 noticing requirements. CREDIT CARD FEES EFFECTIVE 7/1/24:

• A minimum $2.50 and maximum 3.95% pass through transaction fee will be charged on all credit and debit card transactions.
• Free payment by e-check and automatic payment from checking accounts will continue to be available.
